This programme gives children and youth theopportunity to develop their sporting
abilities.
Kids Athletics (7 – 12 years old)
Children will learn athletic skills in a fun, enjoyable and dynamic environment
led by our experienced coaches trained to develop athletic skills in young
children. Each stage consists of 4 different terms to ensure progressive
development for children. Each term consists of 10 sessions.
No of sessions:10 sessions per term
Fees:$130 (NTUC Member), $150 (Non-NTUC Member)
Youth Athletics (13 – 16 years old)
Coaching will be conducted by our qualified coaches with a progressive and
systematic approach. Youths will receive professional coaching in their chosen
discipline, tailored to individual needs based on their current training mileage,
physical conditioning and pace of learning.
