Peach and Mango Smoothie
½ mango, chopped
1 cup low-fat milk
½ cup canned sliced peaches, drained and chopped
2 tablespoons low-fat plain yoghurt
1 tablespoon skim milk powder
2 teaspoons honey
2 ice-cubes
1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Process until mixture is smooth.
2. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
SERVE 2. Preparation time: 10 minutes
