Singapore’s last hopeful squashed

Pamela Chua, Singapore’s remaining contestant in this year’s CIMB Singapore Women’s Squash Master crashed out last night, losing her first round match against world No.6 Kasey Brown of Australia 4-11, 3-11, 2-11.

She might have exited the tournament for the third year running, but her matured performance certainly left a good impression on her opponent last night.

“She hit the ball well. She played some good, constructive rallies. For a 21-year old, her technique’s quite good,” said Kasey Brown.
