1. Contest Period
The contest will be held from 31 March 2010 to 13 April 2010.
2. Contest Eligibility
• This contest is open to all Singaporeans, including participants of the Star Sports Blogger contest.
• All contestants will have to register as members of SingaporeSports.sg.
• All personal particulars submitted at sign-up must be authentic and accurate. SingaporeSports.sg reserves the right to reject any entries with incomplete or false personal particulars
• No purchase or fee is necessary to register, enter or to win
• Employees of Singapore Sports Council, its vendors and suppliers, its agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to take part in this contest.
3. Contest Mechanics
• This contest will be held under the SingaporeSports.sg contest section
• Participants are allowed to vote up to a maximum of THREE times.
4. Contest Rules and Regulations
• By entering this contest, the Contestant agrees to all its terms and conditions
• All entries must be complete.SingaporeSports.sg reserves the right to reject any incomplete entries
• By submitting the entries, the Contestant grants SingaporeSports.sg the rights to use the information submitted in the entry for future promotion or commercial purposes for an unlimited period.
• SingaporeSports.sg reserves the rights to reject/disqualify any entries that contain any obscene, profanity, offensive, lewd, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate information.
5. Contest Results
• The results of the contest will be published on SingaporeSports.sg on 20 April 2010
• All winners will be notified via the e-mail address that was submitted during registration as a SingaporeSports.sg member
6. Contest Prizes
• The blogger with the most votes at the end of the voting period will stand to win an Apple MacBook.
• One lucky voter who voted for the favourite blogger will stand to win a Samsung Netbook
• All prizes are non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any benefit in-kind.
• Winners must collect their prizes from an address designated by SingaporeSports.sg
• Notwithstanding anything in these terms and conditions, SingaporeSports.sg reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to
a) Cancel or modify this contest
b) Determine and/or amend, by addition to, deletion from or variation of, these terms and conditions without prior notification, including but not limited to, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection of winners, and the timing and venue of any act to be done, and all participants and winners shall be bound by such determination and/or amendments and
c) Substitute, withdraw or cancel any prize without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever
